One of my friend and his family's land is being grabbed by some fellows. These fellows and the police both are harrassing my freind's family members. can anyone tell me about a website for writing complaint letter to the government for speedy action.

I like monks answer, you could also call your state attorney generals office if you feel the police are involved.
you dont mention how the land is being taken over. If it is due to some illegal action done by your friend, was it court ordered?

I don't know if there is such a thing.
If there is a civil rights violation by cops, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) website offers great advice and depending on the situation, even prosecutes on behalf of a victim.
