You only get written warnings for traffic violations. And those are only kepy in a local computer system for a limited amount of time. (180 days at my agency)

You can get a written warning for a traffic violation, but not for a crime. Assuming you received the former, it will show up if you are stopped again the same day, but your insurance company won't know.

Without fingerprints there is no national record of your crimes. A warning would probly stay local for 60, 90 days

don't think you get "a written warning for a crime." that's only for a traffic infraction.
