Its a relative took it, and he never admits responsiblity for anything and wont pay the tickets. He did this to another relative once he actually lied to a cop and said he was somebody else.
He just get really angry if I try to get him to pay the ticket. He refuses to pay ticket and hes a relative so I cant bring him to court.

Bring in a copy of your active duty orders to show you were not the driving the vehicle. On the other hand, since you know who was driving the car, make them pay. Unfortunately, the car is registered in your name, so technically you are responsible.

If you can prove that you were somewhere else at the time of the tickets, it won't really matter if the person took your car without permission, but if you can prove they did it will help. I assume the car wasn't stolen. You should be able to get confirmation from the Army about your orders and where you were. If youi can't prove it wasn't you, then yes the Court will most likely make you pay the fines, veteran or not. sorry they won't just take your word for it.

I would be finding the "someone" that used the car and got the tickets. You must have some idea of who had keys. You will be stuck with the fines as your car is your responsibility. You MAY be lucky and find a judge with a small amount of leniency, but don't count on it. Good luck.

See in case you may convey the Police report with you once you seem in courtroom. in case you additionally can tutor which you have been deployed in the process the circumstances that the tickets have been issued you'll be waiting to get out of the tickets. in case you realize who took the motor vehicle and that they are prepared to flow to courtroom and state that they'll pay them extremely it could help. so a techniques as being on energetic accountability your nonetheless to blame for the tickets, in case you were in possession of the motor vehicle and committed the offences.

Do you know who used your car, and is there any chance of financial help from them ?

the bureaucrats don't give a rat's rectum about your circumstances...they want the fine[s] paid so they can
draw a little line through that ''to do'' list.
