IM NOT KIDDING

Lets just ban it all together. Make this sandwich no different than heroin or any other illegal narcotic.

If you possess more than 1 chesseburger you should be charged with possesion with intent to sell.

TO make this happen we need to ban cheese all together too. Since it is ADDICTIVE and bad for you

How can we start a grassroots network to do this?

oh and 1 more thing. I do believe that if found with only half a chesseburger it should only be a misdimeniour

Which cities in the US are known for squatters?

Also, which states have "squatter-friendly" laws (relatively speaking).

I have 2 swords,a large wooden stick that can knock you out,and random things that can hurt someone.I'm afraid someone might break in while I'm home because where I live it'd be hard to notice. If I hit them and kill or hurt them can I get in trouble?I can't not worry wether or not they have a weapon cause if I do that,I can be dead.So...Help?

The only i can hurt soemone with the sword is by severly hurting them or killing them.Same with the wooden thing.

I recently went through LAX and noticed that the Tom Bradley Building (Arrivals) from Asia area, #2 had an area where crowds were taken for "re-ticketing." I was taking notes as I look into the walled-in area, and a guard told me I had to leave, or be arrested.

It sure looked fishy.

Is it possible that a firm has bought the rights to manage the place and is doing weird stuff there? It appeared that thousands per day could be coming into America, and re-routed to cities for not-so-pleasant deeds, when the signal is given.

Is this possible? I called the FBI and was actually hung up on. Is it so hard to just go take a look? If there is a slaughter coming, remember...I told you so...it was at the door where Malaysia Airlines arrives, along with several other Asian portals.

my friend was driving home around 3AM and got pulled over by 3 cops. His taillight was burnt so i guess it was the reason they stopped him at first. but then they took a look at the car and said 'i can tell that ur a druggie'.. they searched his car and took his blood sample and arrested him for 7 hours. they found nothing in the car and my friend wasnt driving under any substance/alcohol. Then they set the date sometime around November and he has to show up to hear the result.
my question is that how the phuck can they arrest you if ur not DUI or you dont have ANYTHING in ur car??

I got a speeding ticket in Virginia. There is a long form the officer has to fill out. There are 2 areas which say "time".

He wrote two different times (1 was correct).

Does this invalidate the ticket?

When I apply for jobs for the state it asks if you have commited a felony or misdeamenor. Technically it is a class c felony, don't know whether it would hurt me not to mention it or not.

Yesterday I got a ticket for a HOV lane violation. I was wondering if it was worth trying to dispute. This cop pulled me over, according to my clock, just before the peak hours started. It was 7 am by the time he pulled me over and came to my car. I was just passing a car and had my turn signal on to get over but couldn't get over because another car got over first. I mean, I know I'm not supposed to be in that lane, but like I said the peak hours had just started as he pulled me over.

Think I have any chance?

I went down to the police station and told them that my ex broke into my house. I didn't give a statement and I didn't sign anything.
We are back together now but the officer pressed charges on him for "entering a dwelling house". This is a domestic charge. Because he already as two domestic charges on himself, I'm scared that he might face jail time.

Now, I lied, I didn't tell the officer that I invited him over that night and that he still had a key to the house, what can I be facing (ontario laws).

He's a nice guy, we went through hard times, but I never wanted him to be charged. The cop lied to me in order to get his name. My friend went down there with me (she wanted me to charge him), I just wanted to know information. I regret going down there now, since that cop is now calling me for questioning.
Which I refuse to answer.

Can I be charged? Again, I never sign anything or gave a statement.

Take a breath test before getting in their car if they are the driver? And if they refuse, the police should be called, or the bar should be held responsible if an accident occurs?

If the police were to find DNA evidence at a crime scene, in what form would this be? Is it from blood, saliva, other bodily fluids? Or can you leave your DNA just by touching something?

The reason I ask is I'm not sure that the DNA database will be effective in solving crimes, but I don't really know enough about the DNA as forensic evidence issue.

Will be grateful for any enlightenment please. :)

i hear i can carry a weapon legally but there is a stipulation. is it that you can carry an unloaded weapon? can i at least have the clip on my person? i would look like a fool with a gun in my purse and the clip in my truck. they are guaranteed not to always be in the same place. i travel alone most times unless my 9 year old is with me and i am concerned with both our safety alot. i never want to shoot anyone but if it comes down to who shoots who first then i would like to have a fighting chance. the world is today what it is and whether we like it or not we gotta play the same game to survive.

According to U.S. Department of Justice, violent crime rates have decreased steadily since 1994.

Back in 1994, the violent crime rate was about 50 violent crimes per 1,000 people. In 2005, it was around 20 per 1,000. (Source: http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/glance/viort.htm )

To what do you attribute this rapid decline?
