You've already asked this question but you've elaborated a bit more clearly.

First...if you've not been charged...a lawyer will not be able to do anything more than get your side of the story. He will then attempt to obtain copies of any police report or complaint and then attempt to determine the best course of action on your behalf.

No......he won't go running to the police to tell them what you told him...that DOES violate the attorney/client relationship. Most lawyers will advise you that trying to hide from the police will only make things harder on you.

i nonetheless does not tell the legal expert the place you reside. i could get an previous cellular with out GPS and use that for some weeks. that is authentic that what you're saying on your lawyer is lawyer / customer privleage.... yet all of us understand they are in mattress with the judges, law enforcement officers etc. they are frequently as dependable as who's paying them the main or who can supply the main favors. good success.

Anything you tell a lawyer is Confidential. Not only can anything you tell him not be used against you, but revealing it to anybody outside of his own office would result in disbarment. The fee just means he will stand up for you in court.

Everything you tell a lawyer is confidential. If he tells the police, he can lose his license to practice law.
