I went down to the police station and told them that my ex broke into my house. I didn't give a statement and I didn't sign anything.
We are back together now but the officer pressed charges on him for "entering a dwelling house". This is a domestic charge. Because he already as two domestic charges on himself, I'm scared that he might face jail time.

Now, I lied, I didn't tell the officer that I invited him over that night and that he still had a key to the house, what can I be facing (ontario laws).

He's a nice guy, we went through hard times, but I never wanted him to be charged. The cop lied to me in order to get his name. My friend went down there with me (she wanted me to charge him), I just wanted to know information. I regret going down there now, since that cop is now calling me for questioning.
Which I refuse to answer.

Can I be charged? Again, I never sign anything or gave a statement.

You could be charged with making a false report,as far as wanting you for questioning but you don't want to they could dismiss for you not wanting to cooperate.

From what you have said, you need a mental health provider. You lash out when a situation does not go your way. You even lie to authorities. You admit "telling" authorities a lie and are now worried about the consequences. Hope the outcome makes you realize you have a personality disorder.

Two domestic charges = nice guy.

You lied to the police about him = nice girl.

You two should have kids.

It is time to tell the truth! If you continue to lie, you may be theone that ends up in jail!

No matter how mad you are at your boyfriend you never accuse anyone of a crime if it is not true as you are committing a crime.

unless there is a witness to the domestic case then without you giving a statement it is almost as though it never happened

Did you not get enough answers last time. you are going to get the same answers this time.

The officer trying to get in touch with you is going to find you, even if he has to go to where you work or talk with your neighbors. You put your own foot in the fire and we all know what the results are.
