does anyone know if Frank La- Varre ever got out of prison early for his 20 year sentence for marijuana possession in 1969?

If he served his entire sentence he would have gotten out of prison in 1989, 18 years ago! A little late to matter now.

And for the record genius, courts determine the length of a prison sentence not the cops.
