I have recently discovered that a woman my husband dated (before we were together) got upset with him for breaking up with her and wrote him letters saying if he didn't pay her money every month for 10 years, that she would expose their sex tapes, letters, ect. to his then girlfriend and the members of his family. Apparenty the tapes are pretty kinky and he agreed and payed her a number of times that I can trace. The last thing I can find is from late 2002. I have all of these letters and they are very threatening. Any advice? He will not admit if he is still paying her.

I am 16 & stole 2packs of cigs today at a little covenient store owned by foriengers or w.e. and they were on the counter so noone was at the counter so i ran in grabbed em' ran out and the lady was yelling come abc here i'll call police and the man got in his own car and chased me!! for like 3blocks and thats when i hid behind a garage till he passed in a back ally and then took off running the opposite direction and ditched the cigs in a dumpster and then he found me again how? idk. and stopped his car and said stop! i was like no. then he called me a mother ***u kno the rest and i was like excuse me and so i called him a f---- foreign dot head lol and said i didn't have time for this b/c the cops were coming and then i made it home and now paranoid as hell because sheriffs keep drivin by myself n $hiT its been like 2hrs since it happend. what will i be charged with if ever found between 2nite and whenever? i stole 2 things, ran from the owner, and ran home. i've never stole b4.

My friend got mad at me for some stupid things and was practically trying to turn the world against me...so instead of arguing I made my point by altering her Myspace page...I just deleted things off of it (did NOT delete the account). I was able to do this because 2 weeks prior she gave me her password to log her in when she is over here so she doesnt have to deal with my security stuff on my PC. Then she saved her password to my Pc as well. Now she is claiming she is going to call the police or already has and they supposedly told her they can trace it and are going to arrest me. I believe she is outta her mind. I might get my account deleted but that;s no big deal. Can someone help me out so I can set her right...or maybe myself? LOL Thanks guys

My grandmother years ago gave me an antique samurai black powder matchlock rifle. The rifle is not in working condition and has no ramrod, but is otherwise visually intact. I do not have any black powder, ammunition nor firing cord. The rifle itself was made in 18th or 19th century Japan and was acquired by my grandfather during World War II. I'd like to put it on the wall of my home, but I was concerned about any legal entanglements that I might discover. Since I am a public employee who works in education, I cannot afford to have any kind of charges brought against me for posessing firearms illegally. The rifle never leaves my home and is only kept for its value as an heirloom. I'd appreciate any advice that might clarify my obligations with respect to this antique firearm.

Can I use police mace on someone on the street if I were being attacked? Or is it illegal for me to have?
I would ask my hubby but he's workin right now!

I got this idear after seeing it on the internet, but i changed it around a bit to make it better, but i made my own flame thrower. i mean it can shoot up to like 45 feet and its self sufficient in the sence that i can re-fuel and power it up whenever i want where ever i want. is it illegal, and how much trouble would i get in if i got cought with it????

I was pulled over in St. Louis and they told me I had a parking ticket. I did not recieve a ticket and cannot remember if I was even in Illinois during the time the ticket was issued.

Because if there speeding ,people die in accidents ,and crossing the street.But warning others stops the cops from ticketing them.And i think the radio should be held accountable,in case of death.So i wish people would quit phoning in to report police traps.They are there to protect the innocent,especialy kids.

the other day, my boyfriend and i were out w/ one of his friends. we were out shopping, when his friend *mark stole an ipod. needless to say, he got caught and was arrested. the security guy caught him on camera and confronted him. now the weird thing is my boyfriend was with *mark when he stole the ipod, so he would have been seen on camera as well. now nothing happened to my boyfriend. now a couple days later the police came to my boyfriends house when he was not there and told his brother that he needed my boyfriend to come in and get fingerprints and pictures for a fight that happened a couple a years ago that involved him. now the funny thing is that he was never arrested for that incident, so why would they need fingerprints of his. they told him they needed them so they could close out the case. could the cop be lying about why he has to come in? could it be for what happened with the ipod?

I live in Wales and have been apparently 'charged' with affray in the isle of man. I have heard if I don't go back there that they cannot enforce it here as they work under a different jurisdiction. Is this true? Do local police work with the Isle of Man police? Drunken night with no one hurt surely cannot result in a record over here?what wil happen if i dont attend court ?

Problems with a courier?
I recently purchased an item which required delivery by a courier. It was delivered via the backyard door which is always locked when I was at work and was left in the yard.
When I returned home I found the package, but also found that the door to the yard had been forced, damaging the surrounding brickwork connected to the door frame.
The door will not lock. I rung the courier and they told me the driver found the door in this state when he delivered the parcel which I find coincidental and he denies any wrong doing.
If it was not him, then why would someone else when they can jump over the wall with little problem, and also, why leave the parcel in the yard if the door was already in this state when there policy is not to leave items that are in an unsecured enviroment. Please help if you can. I know I need proof that he actually did this but it all seems very coincidental to me.

Anyone have a link or know the answer about 1st degree BY a minor to another (several) minors? The suspect is a mid teen (under 16) and the victims are little kids. Some are related to the suspect. I'm looking for possible penalties and or laws regarding this. All I've been able to find so far are concerning adults. Thank you.
