As in where? We received extensive "Bad Communication" on the existence of WMD's, as well as the reasons to invade Iraq, but unfortunately this hasn't turned out to be illegal yet. Certainly was a bad argument, but lots of folks fell for it.

No!! Receiving bad communication cannot be illegal as long as you did not demand for it. Whichever place you are in, no one can harm you in any way. But if you ever asked for it and if it is proved, you can be in troubles.
