Could anyone help me out by telling me the exact laws, as well as any exemptions from the law, about the rights of a Pennsylvania citizen during a traffic stop (whether it be a traffic violation or some other reason)?

My home was surrounded by numerous police officers, no search warrant, they came in full force without my consent they started shining red lights on my ceilings and walls as well as the outside of the house. They all had there guns drawn inside and outside. Finally the deputy in charge showed me a pawnslip from the pawn shop with my signature on it, I had signed the pawnslip 7 months prior for a friend who had no I.D. I was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm because 16 years ago I had a felony on my record. I was never told I could not be around firearms, and the gun was never in my possession. I talked to another owner of a pawnshop who looked up my name and he could not find my name anywhere on the database. The deputy in charge told me he knew I had done nothing wrong but if I dont tell him what he wants me to say then he has the power and authority to take away my freedom. on the way to the jail the officer slammed his brakes and I lost my front tooth on impact.

Risking his life and members of the public including childen.
Why does the government allow this? Why not a lifetime ban from driving. The simple answer must be that the government is prepared to except murder in order to make money. Leaving lives devestated and destroyed by a minority of ignorant young people. What do you think?

They swing by every morning around 2 a.m., and shine spotlights in the windows. It's horribly annoying and disruptive, not to mention invasive. Every time I see them, I come outside and tell them the same story: he does not live here anymore and I don't know where he went. I don't even like the guy. I thought the police would have better things to do than to continually bother a law-abiding citizen, but apparently not.

They also keep threatening me with felony charges of harboring a felon. I know they're bluffing, but I'm afraid they might get a bullshit warrant one day and I'll have to spend a lot of time & money proving myself innocent.

I live in an apartment where the walls are pretty thin. I had a neighbor before with a screaming baby and I could barely hear anything. My roomate is partially deaf and plays his tv in his room loud but if I shut my door I barely hear it.

However, my neighbor now, all he has to do is *turn on* his tv and his subwoofer drives me nuts! He plays it all night, all day long. Even with ear plugs it is still possible to hear it because it's low frequency noise. It sounds like one of those cars that will drive next to you on the street with a "thumping" soundsystem. It's "boom, boom, boom" all night long and I can't sleep. My apartment manager says the neighbor is "keeping it down" and the walls are thin so there isn't anything he can do. I've tried to explain it to the neighbor twice, but he blows me off. Right now he won't even answer the door when I knock.

I was thinking on calling the police, but will they really do anything? It's not the volume, but the bass...

I got the ticket, but I couldn't show up at the court. Then I report to them to reschedule another hearing. But I didn't get any updated letters. After that, I moved several times. I don't know what will happen. I am really scared.

Will they put me into jail?
Will I need to pay a lot of money?
What if i can't afford to pay all the fine? I'm a student.
How can I fix everything?

Please help me, i'm really scared.

I am a teenager. I live in a house where a lot of people live together. Including: two of my aunts and their kids (my cousins). The owner of the house is my Aunt Angel.

One day, one of my aunts (Aunt Susan) attacked my mum with a chain. (at that moment, aunt Angel was not in the house) I called the police. Susan was sent to court. The case is still continuing. But the judge has issued a restraining order: Susan and my mum have to be 100 yards away from each other.

Because of some reason, Angel has to help Susan to find a place to live. She failed to find one. So, Angel bought Susan back into our house, which break the law!!!

What should I do now? Certainly Angel is breaking the law. I dont know what to do. I am threatened. I can certainly call the police again. But Angel will be affected because she broke the law too. I dont want Angel to be in jail or get a fine. On the other hand, I REALLY want to KICK Susan out of my house.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? =(

John attacked Peter with a weapon. Peter called the police. Later, John was sent to court. The judge said: from now on, John and Peter have to be 500 yards away from each other.

I know there is a specific name of the judge’s order.
What is the name of “John and Peter have to be 500 yard away from each other.”?

I got a speeding ticket in Woodbridge, NJ for doing 52mps in 25mph zone. Cop tells me I was doing 52 and can step out of the car and check his radar. I did. I saw "50". He said It's 50+2, total 52. He didn't explain what that meant. I did not wanted to argue with him. It's 4-point ticket and so I got the court date for dec. 14. What do I tell the judge or prosecutor? Please help! I'm really fed-up.

Thanks!
