Hi,
Please could you help with my question, I have 9 points on my license and am facing 3 more, however 3 of them were 3.5 years ago so are not valid in a court of law, Will this be a ban or will it mean that I have still only 9 points left? I was doing 40 in a 30 zone?

Please help

Thanks

I've been caught doing 40 in a 30 limit, it was at 01:30 in the morning, not in a residential area, And was rushing my wife to hospital who was in mid-labour. I've been driving 19 years and never had a point on my licence. Is it woth going to court to plead mitigating circumstances? When you've got a screaming woman next to you to "F****** hurry up" it's hard not to speed! Anyone else been in similar circumstances and if so how did you get on?

I heard that this is the only situation that a male is allowed to whip it out and legally pee in public without getting in trouble with the police.

If prision violence is caused mainly by rival gangs, why in the world don't prisons keep rival gangs separated? I can't understand this. Why let them mix?

Why should we be forced to wear something on our physical beings because the government says we have to? My mom's best friend died in her car because she couldn't undo her stuck seatbelt when a truck hit her car and it exploded, also happened to my boyfriend's very good buddy, the sister watched him burn up & she couldn't do a thing. I heard there was a demonstration somewhere in Springfield to lobby for freedom of this issue? Has anyone heard this eigther?

I was asked to take illegal action in my business and when I did not agree, the perpetrator filed a false police report while I was away from town. There was an arrest warrant against which I was unaware of and was stopped by traffic police and was sent to Jail.
The Procreator had not even looked at the evidence, when I pointed it out, he said he was sorry that he had not picked that up yet. He called the accuser and ask them if they could provide any further evidence and since they could not, he dismissed the case.

The person who did this to me is a owner of multi million dollar company and is an immigrant from different country. He thought he can send anybody to jail. He had tried same thing with one of his employees but the employee tackled it before the warrant was issued. But in my case I had no idea what was going on. Does anybody know what I can do ? I even got my record cleaned but this guy goes around and tells everybody that he threw me in jail.

I live in Atlantic Beach FL and I watched a guy get tased 12 times after he was handcuffed. He was not resisiitng arrest and was sitting there and cops came for everywhere and tased him. Im suprised he didn't die. Then you have to ask the city if you can file a civil suit against them what crap. I was a neighbor and watched the whole thing. Police brutality if I have ever seen it. Makes our neighborhood scared to go out at night and we live in a nice quiet neighbrhood. what do you think

Ok now I understand there are misdemeanors and felonies. In some states repeated DUI's can result in felony charges. Also I'm trying to figure out the meaning of the word "crime". I sort of remember my teacher saying something about crime being a much stronger punishment than something else. Also how severe is a tort and could a DUI be considered this? Is it a misdemeanor? According to this site I found, "DUI is not a crime in New Jersey". http://www.ncsl.org/programs/lis/dui/felony.htm what exactly does this mean?

Wouldn't it be a crime or felony if a person got injured or killed? If you look on that site, the descriptions for other states specify injury but NJ just says DUI is not a crime. Any help here would be greatly appreciated = - )
