ok i am on probation for assualt and battery, will they put me in jail for a probation violation of minor in consuming? i blew a .045

Violation of probation might be a ground for the revocation of the probation and might keep you in jail. However, if the violation is minor, it might only be a warning for you.

check your conditions for probation. most of the time they include no alcohol or bars for as long as you are on probation.
