What is a felon going to use a black powder gun for? Felons are not allowed by law to own or carry or use a firearm because, guess what.......They are felons!
If they have committed at least one crime already and have been convicted, then why are we going to let them have a gun of any kind?

Of course a felon can posses a black power gun.... legally NO! Hey, I answered your question, you have to love the English language.
So if you are a convicted felon you also forfeits the rights of everyone else in the household as well... damn them laws that we have to live by....

no, you forfeited your 2nd amendment rights, i hope it was worth it. I love guns, I will never put them in jeopardy. But dems want you to be able to vote, so many you can vote about it in the future.
