i know a girl that is open and free and likes to show herself on cam clothed and unclothed she is very descret.. is there a law where she can get in trouble ? cuz id hate to see that

As long as she's of legal age and limits viewing to others of legal age (that' the tricky part!) then she should be OK.
That said, there's always some tight@$$ that so thoroughly hates the thought that someone else might enjoy themselves...

Only if said girl is under 18 or if the Viewer is under the age of 18 as well. (if you are in the US). Other than that no, she is free to do as she wishes if she is legally an adult.
