I recently moved to Slough nr London. My children have been called names and spat at everytime they go out for over 2 months now.Just last night one of them with his gang put a dent in my sons cars, punched the window and was shouting abuse.I have called the Police and they have done nothing as yet.The attacks are due to racism. We live in an area where we are the minority. The have shouted racist insults over and over, but the Police say its how teenagers talk these days and do not consider it racism.

I am deaf myself and I sometimes have a debate with my friends and I was wondering if someone is deaf, can they apply to become a cop? Some police departments wants diversity and being deaf is diversity.

I feel some crimes deserve torture such as: Pedofilia, Rape, Murder, Violent Crimes, etc.

I would peel off each finger/toe nail with plyers, dip their hands and feet in salt then pour alcohol on them, pull their hair off their scalp one handful at a time, beat them unconcions til they pass out, then repeat it again til they wake up again the next day and repeat everyday for the rest of their lives.

I got a DWI in December of 2005. It was a life changing mistake that taught me an important lesson. Now I am on probation for the next two years and let me tell you, it is not fun at all. There are strict guidelines that I must follow and I'm already working hard to get them out of the way (as soon as possible). What I was wondering...and really, this question only applies to those who have experienced a DWI in the state of Texas...Will I be able to leave the U.S. if I want to take a trip overseas? I'm talking about a week in Russia sometime next summer (my mother wants me to go with her). I think it would be fun because I have never seen that part of Europe before.

I see some cops that are so fat that they can't breathe and I would hate to know that I may have to depend on him one day to save my life.

The Supreme Court holds that they are allowed to lie, so why shouldn't anyone be allowed to?

I'm from Texas originally, and moved to Michigan 10 yrs ago. My Texas license expired, and I called DPS before coming back to Texas. They said I'd have to re apply as a new licensee, with photo ID (passport, ect) social security card, and birth certificate. I've also been told by some locals here in Dallas, that I could get a license in Texas, but would have to take some driver training course first. I was suspended over a DUI charge, which turned out to minor, because I wasn't far over the legal limit, and only got off with a fine. However the fine is an unwarranted $2000, that's 1000 dollars per year for two consecutive years I have to pay. For the person who mentioned contacting the Michigan DMV, they don't have one there, it's the Secretary of State who controls licenses. I could handle not being able to return to Michigan for 3yrs, I have no intentin of returning there ever again. I just need to know for sure what I can and cannot do here back home in Texas.

. .know the law to be a citizen, is it then right to punish them for something they did not know was a crime? If law enforcement cant tell if someone is lying about knowing a law or not, are they intelligent enough to be employed in law enforcement?

I'm in South Carolina and recently a new law passed about people smoking under the age of 18. Before it was only illegal for a person 18 or older to buy cigarettes for anybody underage, but now here in SC minors are getting punished for it. The first time is a warning and your nicotine products are taken away, 2nd time you get a $25 fine. If you are caught too many times you can have your license taken away or you won't be able to get it. Are the rules about cigarettes like this in any other states?

I Have had my windows smashed twice in the last three weeks, and the cops think that it's kids with stones. But surely throwing a stone at someones window would NOT cause shards of glass to fly 17ft into my home. My dad thinks it could be .22 calibre but I can't find any pellets or bullets in my house! (or stones for that matter!)
The hole in the windows are marble sized and have obviously caused the rest of the window to crack.
Please help as I really don't wanna be shot!
Oh please note that I am a law abiding citizen with no know enemies. I just want to know why I'm being targeted and what I'm actually dealing with!!!
Stones? Air rifle? Snipper? (lol) Please help me anyone with knowledge of stone throwing or firearms!

Thanks a million.

Jack. (Currently hiding under my bed!!!)
