just in case i ever happen to get arrested sometime in the future, i need to know more about the privaledges of prison life. i know you can watch tv and cable tv if you pay for it. but what about using the web? is there any internet connection in a penitentiary? what about cable modem and routers? is it possible for a family member to bring you a x box 360 for you to play in your cell? and can you hook it up to the internet and play it online with x box live? prison life wouldnt be bad after all if the answer is yes. someone please answer my question and be honest. best answer gets a 10. good luck.

A friend told me that if a person gets stopped in the car by DPS and they find even the tiniest amount of drugs, that is now considered open consent to search your home. If this is true, just how far will they go in this war on drugs??????

I know that eating poppy seeds will cause you to show positive for opiates if you take a drug test. Well being the dumb person I am wasnt thinking about ate some lemon poppy seed muffins while ago and well I'm on probation. How long will it take for this to not show up as a positve that she'll be able to fail me for. This is fustrating becuase I've been drug free for over 9 months now and I'm afried that the one day I mess up and eat a stupid muffin will be the day she wants to show up to test me. Please only answer is you have experience with this and arent just guessing. I need real answers and not just smart a** people that want points.

I'm from England. Here we have prisons. In the USA you have Prisons and Jails.

We do need to be more extreme with our justice system. How many people would steal if they got a finger or hand cut off?
How many people would rape or molest children if they got the death penalty 100 percent of the time?

Making a long story short, I recently had a sleep over at one of my "so called" friend’s house and 4 other peers. I am 13 years old. They shoved a bean bag chair on me and punched me like every 15 minutes the whole night long. I have bruises all over my body and it hurts badly. Then they talked all this trash about me. They stole my cell phone so I couldn't call my parents to get me out. They pantsed me (underwear was still on) and they mooned me and sometimes even sat on my head with their butt whale they were mooning me. I tried to fight back but when its 5-1 it is impossible. They threw food (macaroni and cheese to be exact) at me and some noodles almost hit my eye. They made prank calls at 2:00 in the morning to random numbers and they gave a guy my cell phone number so that I would get into trouble. Is any of this illegal in the United States??? (I live in Texas). Should I get the police involved???

However, my husband says that I am too "little" for anyone to take me seriously. I'm really not THAT little. I am 5'6", about 105 lbs. Should that stop me from pursuing my dreams? I really want to know what u think, and how you would feel if an officer with my build were to pull you over. Does an officer's height and weight have anything to do with respect that an officer should be given? I would REALLY love to hear from those in law enforcement as well.
