Yes, but he will do it in Calfornia for having child porn. Inmates do not take kindly to child sex crimes.

Give the government a chance to prosecute him. He obviously had a motive in that he was obsessed with the girl, and still is to this date. He is also crazy enough to get off on that form of stalking and murder. So, I say, when the day is over he will be convicted and then he will do 20 years plus in jail. Goodbye and good riddance.

Yes because there is a arrest warrent out on him for failure to appear in court. He also had been charged with possesion of child porn in 2001. He went toThailand on June 6 after stopping in Maylaysia looking for a teaching job. There he was picked up in a combined U.S. / Thai investigation, and in custody confessed to the muder of JonBenet. And thats when the arrest warrent for the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. He set this into motion, he lied he should pay!!!

He's gonna be put on trial in California for child pornography, but I don't think he should do time for the JonBenet case. He didnt do anything.
Maybe the Boulder County Police should do some time for dragging him back here from Bangkok, Thailand, with no forensic evidence confirming the allegations against him and no independent factors leading to a presumption that he did anything wrong

Not poor Colorado, those idiots should've waited and left the guy in California (believe he has a warrant there?) until the DNA results were in. Obviously, that was their deciding factor, and they jumped the gun BAD.
He should do time in a psychiatric facility. He is obviously delusional in his obsession with murdered children.

He should definitely serve time. He already had charges pending in Thailand for sex assault on a child and child porn. He should not be put back out on the streets to hurt more children.

Yes he could be charged with fraud, but I think he was mentally challenged. He will still have to deal with things they can prove about him. This guy should never be let loose in society again--here or Thailand.
