He is wanted in California for child pornography and will go to jail and either never get out or will have jail house justice soon.

With any luck he will get sent to Lompoc in California. Those guys don't take kindly to child molestors or those who are into kiddie porn. If he is sick enough to confess to a crime that he didn't commit then chances are it is something that he wishes he had the chance to do at some point in time.

I'm not a law expert, but he should be charged with a lot of things. He is a known pedophile, with or without the JonBenet case.
