It just seems like, if I can see them, then they can see me. I feel uncomfortable doing unlawful things while "COPS" is on. Like unatural to smoke a doobie while looking at Cops busting people. Am I alone on this? All references to illegal or unlawful behavior implied by this statment are ficticious. "Bong" refers to a water pipe used for the inhalation of Tobacco and other legal substances. This question cotains a chemical known to cause brain damage by the State of California, and should not be used without proper ventilation.

I'm writing a short story featuring this idea, and I can't think of what this is called... "aiding and abetting?" (I'm probably getting it all wrong.)

I'd appreciate some clarity. Thanks.

Would this be illegal, or would you be stopped by police if;

You have a very fast car i.e ferrari, porsche etc and from a standing start at traffic lights absolutely floored it.......till 30mph.
This is providing you werent mistaken for trying to drag race with someone, and the road in front of you was free from traffic/pedestrians.

If yes, what charge will they be able to class it as? Dont say dangerous/reckless driving because it just isn't. You could argue that its a new car and you havent quite got the feel of the accelerator.

A friend of mine just found out that her grandma's caregiver has been here illegally with her uncle for seven years. Her uncle was just recently busted at the same place where she stays and now she is afraid to go back. She asked to stay at her grandmaz's house for a while. I said it is a big risk! To me that sounds like a federal offense; maybe felony. Does anyone out there know?

My mother was made aware that this woman's son was on the list.
she brought this up to the admin. and now my mom's hours are being cut as a result. I agree that the son should not be allowed but can his mom work there and why was my mom being punished for doing the right thing?

I don't understand the Miranda Rights thing. I was arrested last Sunday for Domestic violence. My sis in law is a good drama queen. If we don't get the attention she wants, she litterally will do stuff to her body. The cop showed up around 1:35-1:45 pm and he asked me to come out. I told him what happened that day and then he went back to his car. He called the person who really handling the case. The officer then asked me to sit in the car while everything is going on. I did it and knew at that time i was being arrested. He then put the handcuffs on me and mention do you understand you are arrested. He asked me to be honest if I hit my sis in law. Which I didn't. As I stated, my sis in law will fall down stairs, hit her own face awhole lot.

They'd say it's not murder to kill the person they were killing(stringing from a tree, beating to death, draging to death, shooting etc etc.) they would say that it was appropriate to do that because they were "less" than humans....well that was WRONGFUL thinking.... Just like when I speak with people today who claim that "I don't look at it that way" ~ when I refer to animals being MURDERED.

The fact is MURDER is MURDER.... if you try to separate things well pretty soon someone is coming for your "first born".... do you catch the drift of what I'm saying?

JUST BE VEGAN.... it took me a while to awaken, for me personally "in this life" ~ possibly 'BUILT instalations' in me over time is what "came thru" to execute a function in order to allow me to see things in a CLEAR enough way to WAKE UP>

Last school year my younger sister was in a fight. The school was for warned before the fight that there were problems between my sister and the girl that she fought. My sister and mother asked for escorts to my sister's classes and constant supervision from the security at her school. The fight happened anyway at a school dance. There was no supervision and the other girl shouldn't even have been at the dance because she had recently transfered schools. My sister knocked the girl out in one punch, nobody was seriously injured! Now the school and a police reporter are filing charges against my mother for aiding to the delinquency of a minor after my sister and mother asked for help from the school to prevent this from happening. My sister was punished (suspension) and we were told that everything was taken care of. Now there is a huge court case with a lot of false reports from the girl and her friends... nothing on my sisters side (one sided argument) and the district attourney...

A driveway has been poured by a neighbor without inspection which seems odd because when I poured mine the city had to inspect it. The driveway slopes extremely so that by the time it reaches his garage, the door had to be cut 6 inches or more just to accomodate the cement. This would not present a problem except the driveway has been sloped away from his house and all the runoff is directed onto my property. Making matters worse, water dumps itself into my basement and it never has before. I'd build my ground up as a deterent but I'd have to bury my basemet windows. The neighbor has completely raised the level of his land 4 to six inches above mine. Is compromising the integrity of my house an official matter and if so how should I proceed?

I've been doing alot of research on handgun calibers and was surprised that the .357 sig gets the most kinetic energy out of all the standard auto calibers (.380, 9mm, .40, .45). I've also heard that quite a few state police agencies in New England have been selecting this caliber for their sidearm (Which I believe is a Sig).
What are the positive and negatives about this caliber? I would think it would be more popular than the .45.
