You can hire escorts all day long...perfectly legal. When it comes to sex, ask the prostitute if they are a police officer, or are participating in a police investigation currently. If they say yes, you do not use them. if they say no, you use them. If they lied when they said no, all evidence gained after the question was asked is inadmissable.

Talk about sex and money in the same conversation and you are subject to arrest. So if you are hiring an escort any conversation or behavior that equals Sex will put you in jeopardy of being arrested.

it is legal to hire escorts... to avoid being arrested thouhg, just make sure the escort service that you use is legal with their papers and certificates in view for the public to see, or have it check out at the local police department, they should be able to tell you if its a legal service or not. As long as your not hiring them for sex.. your good to go!

An escort is just a loophole to avoid prostitution. Just make sure when you call to book your appointment, never say " sex" and " price" in the same sentence. Technically you are paying for her company, if you have sex with her, it is between 2 consenting adults.

Take a trip Nevada, Prostitution is Legal, well at the whorehouses' it's legal, not on the street corner..... Careful, only Certain Counties (outside Las Vegas)

"Nevada is unique among the U.S. states in that it allows some legal prostitution; in most of its counties, brothels are legalized and heavily regulated."

There is nothing illegal about hiring someone to accompany (escort) you. What is illegal (in most jurisdictions) is prostitution.

So, as long as no sex (or promise of sex) is involved, I can't think of any reason that it would be illegal.
