Technically, yes. Read your order. Both you and he have violated the terms of the order.

I can only speak for my state (IL) but yes...it's the same thing with domestic violence laws. If you just got beat by your husband and the cops are called to your house, your husband WILL be arrested regardless if you want to press charges or not. Why would you get a restraining order then allow him back in the house??

If you invited him into your home I think you voided the restraining order and he would not be punished. Check with the court or a victim's advocate - you might be able to get a new restraining order.

It's a court order, and if your hubby has found to have broken the court order the court not you has the power to enforce the court order and punish him accordingly
Does not matter you invited him back the court order said neither one may contact the other, before he moved back in you should have gotten court order removed but you did not and court is sole determiner of punishment

Probably, and that doesn't make your case look too good either. Was he holding a gun on you when you allowed him to come home?

Why are you wasting the courts and the police's time and tax payers money?

It should be. Luckily he did not beat the crap out of you while he was home - maybe he didn't think of it that time. You are your own worst enemy.
