the town I live in isn't important but the jail gaurds here have raped three of my friends when they were in jail for petty traffic charges and also they have been known to if they become mad at a inmate they are forced to an anal cavity search just for humiliation purposes.Oh and beatings happen on a daily basis at that jail.two women that I don't know were raped the entire 6 months they were in jail a left the jail pregnant.Everyone has complained to the city the court system the F.B.I and nothing changes.I mean this jail is worse than abugrave prison in Irak.Besides getting a possy together and exacuting these jail guards what else is left to do.They are being protected buy the police and the court system here .I went to city hall talked to the people down there and they took me as mentally ill.And told me not to make accusations like that anymore or they woulsd arrest me.What can be done

My brother while giving a friend a ride home, was pulled over by police. During a consented search the officer found no drugs on my brother, or in his vehicle. During a consented search of the passenger and her personal belongings, the officer found suspected meth inside her purse. The officer charged her with the drugs. He also charged my brother with the same drugs. Is this legal? During my brothers probation hearing the passenger claimed all responsibilty of the drugs, and testified to the fact that he (my brother) had no knowledge of the drugs.The court revoked his probation. he has been in jail for eight months. and still has got to go to trial over this. What does the law books have to say in this case?

I have recently been arrested for a crime that i have not committed. I have asked for proof that i had broke the no contact order when i was out of town with my family. So with out anything to stick me to this "phone call" that i supossible had made i was tooken away from my family. What should i do when the sheriff's in your area won't help you?

Coworkers were talking about the myspace/DateLine predator type stories and a few noted they have had experience where it was the 16 year old who instigated/wanted to chat/meet the adult because "nobody my age understands me." Of course, the adults never met the teen and declined to chat, but it led to question as to whether an underage kid who propositions adults online could get in any legal trouble (or could their parents be held liable?). If adult/teen sex is molestation/rape, it seems like a teen who solicits sex with an adult would be soliciting some type of crime. Parents might be more inclined to watch what their kids are doing online if they knew they could be held liable for stuff their kids do. Just an interesting question that nobody knew the answer to.

I was pulled over but the police officer wrote the wrong address.?

I will try to explain it in detail. I moved to a new address. So the new address was posted on the back of my license. And my old address is on the front my license. The police officer got confused and he wrote only the numbers of my current address and the street name of my old address. Is it still considered a mistake since I don’t live on the address that he wrote

A few, however, get the mention 'armed and extremely dangerous'. What's the difference? What qualifies a suspect for the mention 'extremely'?

The cop said "im giving you a citation for running a stopsign for 183$ and 4 points on your license, also 1 for reckless driving because it was wet and there was kids around.
The truth was I stoped aobut 10 feet before the stop (an area which he couldnt see) because people were in the way (trick or treating). He just saw me not stop at the sign and run through the intersection.
But he didnt give me anything. He just said Have anice day and left. - nor did i sign any paper (like i did when i got a ticket for speeding once). Did I get a ticket? Will i recieve something like a court apperance in the mail? If so, can i defend it by saying that i didnt recieve a ticket (since I didnt sign anytihng)?

My son's father has not paid child support in months and Maryland pulled his license as a result. If he continues to drive and gets a parking ticket or is pulled over for speeding, what can happen to him, considering he is driving without a license AND it was taken for not paying support? I'm not familiar with how strict MD is when it comes to child support and driving laws.

I have a friend who is from mexico. He just bought a car while he was here and will be heading back home next month. how can he get his car home, without shipping it. he does not have a DL but a friend of his does. but the car does not have tags on it and he would need a DL to get them in the state i live in.

I'm sick and tired of cops getting shot while serving high risk warrants and performing raids. How would you feel if I ran for governor, won and deicided to build my own task force called

a few days ago i hit my neighboors car....minor dent, no injuries(it was raining i was going like 5mph) my insurance ran out 3 weeks ago, im going to renew it this week BUT she is all freakin out and got an estimate on her 1999 nissan!!!(book value is like $4,200) for $3,000!!!! she didnt call the cops but DID call her insurance company...noone has called me...i cant afford that much $ AND ITS NOT $3K WORTH OF DAMAGE but can i get arrested for this??? serious answers im really nervous....
