A friend is charged w/murder in Oregon and arrested in Ohio. Went to court and Ohio judge said OR has 10 days to extradite him to OR. Oregon DA says they have up to 90 days to extradite him. Which is it?

between these 2 crimes if i commit them. car theft, whether it is hot wiring it from a private home or a dealership. point a gun at them and pull them out of their vehicle at a red light. OR shoot someone with a handgun, but they survive. if you get mad at them for such a ridiculous reason. what is the penalty for each of them? how long in prison? how much fine or bail? house arrest available? do the little factors matter? for example, if whether it is an expensive car or cheap one? or how many times you shot the person on the body and where you shot them?

I'm producing a documentary, and would like to interview prisoners and detainees especially those detained illegally. Is it possible to get access to them?
Can the prison chief allow me to talk and video the prisoners and ask them some questions?
I'm interested in talking to those that are still awaiting trials.

I just wanted to know if this is legal in Texas. I am serious ... you never know when some road rage person may want to fight and I think the Machete will scare them off...

Also don't give me crap about what if the other person has a gun ... if they do I am screwed whether I have the Machete or not!

I'm from schuykill county, pa we have 1 heck of a meth problem, labs EVERYWHERE! the DEA came in to clean it up but all theyre doing is making it and selling it themselves (I HAVE PROOF). how would i get the DEA to get evaluated?

How many people think he is to blame for the whole murder thing? Tex Watson was already suspected in 2 murders in TX before he every joined up with Manson and Manson himself has said that he never ordered anyone to kill. He said they did it and told him about it after the fact. Even the DA said Manson would have gotten off unless all the family was charged together. Check out www.Write-A-Murderer.com for letters from Charles and to get his side of the story. He seems to make some very good points about the whole trail and his involvement. Is it wrong for a guy to not turn his friends in for murder? Appearently that is all Manson seems to be guilty of. He may act crazy for the media but as you can see in his letters it seems to be just an act he puts on. He knows he will never get out so he acts crazy and insane as a way to keep people from messing with him in prison. The assistant police chief has alot of domestic violence with his family. His son told our daughter about some of it. This made the assistant mad, so we're thinking he made his son break up with our daughter. Now that they are getting along, he doesn't like it and wants to make trouble. We feel helpless. We've talked to the school officials, and they say both get along great, but the police chief said that my daughter better not aggrivate any trouble for the assistant's son, or he'll have our daugher back in his office again. He also told her that people around town think she's smart, but some say our daughter's a "*****". When we talked with the police chief, he couldn't give us reason why he said what he said. He just said that they need to get along, but when our daughter asked the assistant's son if he was talked to the police chief about getting along and he told her, he didn't need to talk anyone. Seems crooked to us. Please help us.

I was crossing the intersection when it was still a yellow light, and I noticed that it was a photo- enforced intersection. I believe I crossed it before the light turned red, but I am not too sure about that. I just started a taxi service in binghamton ny. i have very nice cars not junk like the other taxi companies. i have the windows tinted for my corporate customers. a police offer told me to remove the tint. why can limo's get away with it and not me. we both have the same livery plates. could this be a law suit or should i just make the limo companies remove their if i have to?

my neighbors 2 german shepards broke through the neighbors fence and attacked my little dog in my own front yard. and attacked another pedestrian who tried to help my little

my dog suffered 17 stiches and it cost me $400 dollars and cost me a day of work ( about $240 dollars )

I dont feel safe with these 2 dogs living next door. they are big german shepards and this isnt the first time they got out and the neighbor doesnt care and acted like it was no big deal.

I called animal control and they told me they would be back monday to fill out a ( Dangerous Dog Form ) * I dont know what that is*

I personally would like to know what recourse i have. I would like to have both his dogs given to an animal shelter to find a more caring owner. It is how an owner raises a dog which makes the dogs as violent as they are.

What can i sue for? how much? ( I want to hurt his pocket so he can start to care about how dangerous his dogs are and how irresponsible he is.

How is the life of a police officer in a suburban area were there is not much crime? is it as dangerous as it would be in a place like New York city?? and how does a wife of a police officer feel about knowing what danger there spouse go through everyday? is it worth it becoming an officer? 55k a yr plus benifit ..... but at the same time having your spouse worry about you everytime you go to work????
