You can anonomously call the sheriffs dept. I know because I've done it.

I wish they had those websites. Depends were you live. Check out the local county sheriff website maybe they have a link. Otherwise just call the police station and ask. Once they confirm it just hang up. Don't call from your phone either.

call your counties court house, they will tell you over the phone.
