all you got to do is contact a bench warrant unit in the county that the person was supposed to show up in and they will tell you. i work as a P.I. and for me i will call the court and go down with them and bring them in to get a court date or fix up the problem. if your calm and nice, it helps. also going on government websites in the warrant units for counties, it may show up or it may not. i know a person who has a warrant but for 1 year wasn't picked up by the whole district because of informant status so just do what you can.

Pretty simple math here.. A person misses a court date.. There is a warrant. Unless it's a parking ticket.

You can ususally call the county sheriff records division of the county in which they skipped the court date. Give the person's ful name and date of birth. They can tell you.

Now you'll be all paranoid. I'd contact someone to help me fix it up before I get arrested in a traffic stop
