Yes. Breaking parole is an offense of itself and doing so can reinstate the remainder of the prison time of the original offense.

The law and the treaty say it's possible, but it really depends on the crime committed for which the parole was granted. It also depends on the government wishing to pursue the matter.

The Government of Belize and the Government of the United States of America Extradition Treaty was signed at Belize on 30 March 2000.

You can check it out for yourself at the International Extradition page. Just enter the name of the country you are interested in.

Of course, if one is smart, they will take their lumps and complete probation, because then they can go where they want.

If the individual was on parole and left the country, there IS a pending charge because they violated their parole.
If Belize honors extradition to the U.S. then the individual will be coming back to serve their time.
If the individual is just asking this to find out if they can get away with it, they should know that usually people who leave the country get homesick or try to sneak back in for any variety of reasons, and they get caught.
Also, if they are criminals in the U.S. they usually will end up doing criminal things in the country they fled to, and will spend the rest of their lives (which may be considerably shortened) in some foreign prison wishing that they had never left the U.S.
