I know the man's name, and his CDC number. He is being held in San Quentin.

I have checked prison websites, and even tried writing to the California Department of Corrections. I believe this man is innocent, and I'm hoping I can prove it, before he is executed. If I believed he was guilty, I would have no desire to save him.

They have every scheduled execution for every state, and they will tell you if an execution was stayed, and (eventually) tell you when it is rescheduled.

Until all appeals, re-appeals, writs, and other assorted b.s. used to keep these killers around has been exhausted, a process which can take up to twenty-five years or more, no date will be set. Unfortunately, you will probably have lived most of your life before the execution finally takes place (if ever). No wonder the death penalty is such a joke to criminals. Thanks, trial attorneys, for keeping justice from ridding us of this scum.
