I think it's sick and we have to do everything to protect our children. This world is just fu**** up!!

Unfortunately the question evokes an immediate response that is fueled by rage and disgust that anyone would even consider harming a child in that way. But the fact of the matter is sex crimes against children(like any laws) have been left up to the interpretation of the congress instead of taking into account the facts behind the case. In Missouri a 16 yr old can be charged with as an adult if the court deems it reasonable. So if a 16 yr old boy(and I mean boy) is messing with a 15 yr old girl(on or offline) he can first be charged with a sex crime and then if the judge deems it reasonable it can be turned into an adult offense. So I guess if the case a classic case, say a 30 yr old messing with a 15 yr old then I would have to agree. Hang the basturd, but let's not forget that politicians make a good living confusing the public into supporting laws that many times do not take the facts of the case into question and are not as easily determined on a moral plane

First offense, last offense. If they do it on the internet and then meet the child can you imagine what they would do? I think all crimes against children should have a first strike and its life in prison or death sentence.

I think every child sex criminal should be hauled into the street and shot point blank in the head. These people do not have a right to live.
