aswell as poluting the atmostphere? with all the band drivers and and teenage tear aways that are freely driving at there own will on our streets today. its just i read a question about parents smoking in cars while they had their children in it with them was a parental responsibility.and i thought there are more serious questions that need to be asked than that one. why are they picking on smokers that did not invent the smokeing. and if we take kids out in a car when we know there are band drivers and people who drive illegally on the roads because we hear it all the time on the news are we bad parents also for doing this then? are the laws looking for ways to make parents feel guilty about everything that is beyond there control? or are they just looking for ways to fine everyone?

what would you rather have the freedom to do things like we have today or would you rather have safety but not have the chances to do what you want.

I am in a moral and legal dilemma. I know the 12 year old boy at our house was often starving at his home, doing back-breaking work, was not able to attend school due to his poverty and would probably have gone wrong, had we not hire him as a boy servant in our home. Now, we are from lower-middle income group ourselves and both of us are working hard. We cannot afford creche for 9-month old daughter, my mom is mostly sick and so is my grandmother. So, we cannot afford to hire a servant and help this boy at the same time. I am teaching him at home, he is well-fed here, has okay clothes to wear and has a nice roof upon him. We take care of his needs and all his childish desires. While I am at office, he mainly plays with our girl, helps my mom to take care of her and do cleaning and sweeping. We play and watch TV in the evening and he loves listening to fairy tales. But legally, I am committing a crime by hiring him. What should I do?

It's not very nice to see, but i believe it would be an infringement on freedom of expression if it was made a crime. People commit crimes which are much more worse than burn flags

i think there has only been one prosecution for this offence although its happening all the time, surely the police must be turning a blind eye, is this the case of one law for the rich and one for the poor

In California - I know there is a law on the ballot to have registered sex offendered not live within 2000 of a school. Is there a law in place right now that they can't not live with in a certain distance to a school.

We are looking at a house with a registered sex offender living in the neighborhood. But the house is near a school. Will this person have to move?

A police officer lied against me in court. The judge fined me but I am planning on appealing the decision. I have further prove that the officer was telling lie. If I appeal and have the decision reversed that I am not guilty, can I further sue the cop for the expenses it cost me to appeal and court fees.

Please let me know if this can be done. We should hold Cops responsible so that we can eradicate the bad cops that are giving bad names to the good cops.

Any answer will be appreciated.

thanks
