i think there has only been one prosecution for this offence although its happening all the time, surely the police must be turning a blind eye, is this the case of one law for the rich and one for the poor

i am reffering to fox hunting by hounds in the uk and its against the law anytime

there is certain times that they can hunt with dogs

It's not illegal to hunt small game and birds with dogs. They flush them out of the brush or retrieve birds. They don't kill them. If your are talking about fox hunts in England , that is illegal.

I don't know where you reside, but hunting in Louisiana with dogs is LEGAL at certain times.

I am glad you added about the UK please understand that using dogs in hunting is a commom place in the US
