Tricky question because his administration basically found ways around specific laws; although, many times he has blatantly ignored the constitution that he took an oath to uphold and honor.

The number one issue is that many times he created legislation using executive orders then within that legislation, made the executive branch (his department) the ones assigned to enforce it. This allows him to basically do whatever he wants with no accountability whatsoever.

As far as going to jail for any of this, I'm not sure if any of it would hold up in court BUT he definitely could be convicted of war crimes via the Geneva Convention and rules created by the ICC, International Criminal Court.

How about misleading congress in to a needless war (not really illegal, but he's a d!ck for it), Actually STATING that he is above the law, passing laws that violate our constitution and Inalienable rights as human beings and citizens of the united states, and having business dealings with an entity that we are at war with (the League of Arab Nations fiasco).
