I don't beleive you.
The people this happens to, gets the ACLU and they sue the jail.
You contact the ACLU and report it.
And most police and correction officers are honest people and would report these if they had to.
While a rape does happen every now and then normally the officer is fired or punished and life goes on.
It is possible that you are believeing jail house lies that most inmates talk trash about the jails.

The mere fact you refuse to divulge this place casts doubts upon your creditability. One woman in jail for 6 months can leave pregnant. Especially if she already was when she went in.
I doubt "everyone" has complained. In fact I think what you may mean to say is "everyone who hasn't a shred of creditability" has complained.
In fact...are you sure you aren't in South America and not the US?
Quite frankly sir....you sound as though you are unbalanced. The Internet is not the forum for this tripe unless you have real proof. Which you are severely lacking. In fact...if there WAS any real truth it wouldn't be YOU that would be trumpeting this nonsense here. The major news networks would have it as well as the federal and state governments vying for a position in front of the cameras.
I'm afraid at this juncture I must side with the opinions of you from the folks over at your local city hall.

If what you say is true, DNA tests on those two women will prove that the guards are the fathers. The other info will confirm that they got pregnant in jail. If your state has a rape law which counts abuse of authority as coercion for rape, it's an open-and-shut case.
Talk to the ACLU and the state police. Also, a letter to your state's attorney general couldn't hurt, and if it becomes an issue in the next race for attorney general or governor, it should get cleaned up pretty quickly.

Every one in the town can't be corrupt. What about you local news paper? Or maybe your television News person. Make sure they know your completely serious. And then be prepared for the reprecutions. There was a movie like that once, with Sylvester Stalone.I think the name of it was Corrupt. I could be wrong on the name. doesn't matter.Short of moving out of town, what are your options? Even if you did move the problem still exists.Sounds like a terrible place to live.

1. Get the hell out of Louisiana just like I did years ago. 2. Tell the Depatment of homeland secrity that the guards might be a terrorist cell, that might get there attention. 3, If you have any friends in serving in Iraq or afganistan have them call the guards and thank them for thier help in killing the infidels in Iraq and thier continueing assistance in our holy jihad. ( the govt is listening to all of our calls anyway might as well get them doing something) Oh and have them send letters with Al Queda as the return address. if we get enough red flags going up the govt might do something. 4. Alert the I.R.S. that they might be cheating on thier taxes (if one govt branch doesn't get them maybe another will) 5. Put marijuana plants on thier land and alert the Drug Enforcement Agency to thier illegal activities( this is a little bit on the unethical side but when push comes to shove ethics and morals go out the window, you notice the U. S. now denys the writ of Habeas Corpses and tortures people 6. have the guards children beaten with a baseball bat and report the guard as a child abuser. let the local press know what this guard has been doing to children. ( with the mark foley scandel going people are wary of govt officals doing bad things with children. but now we are moving into the illegal things on your partbad thing is if you get caught you end up in the jail) 7. I have several more things in mind but i hesitate to say them because i am starting to scare even me because i left that life a long time ago and i don't want to go back to it even down memory lane. my suggestion is simple get the hell out of Louisiana. Ok, just get out of there.

1. Document everything.
2. Look for a lawyer outside of your area willing to help.
3. Take your story to a News paper or TV News station.

Try sending anonymous letters to the government talking about. Don't put a return address, and drop them off directly at the post office. Say that you have suspicions about things that are happening with the police and guards in your town. If they don't react, continue to do this until something is done about it. Good Luck!!!

The first thing I would do is go to the Board of Education and complain about the corrupt teachers.

Go to your towns newspaper or the nearest one and talk to an investigative reporter. Give them as much real "facts" as you can and maybe they can stir something up.
