If you have been charged with a crime, you have the right to an attorney. If you can't afford one, one will be appointed for you. Does this sound familiar? Go to court when you are supposed to, ask for an attorney and do what he tells you. And, by the way, don't violate the court order and don't make phone calls, not even from out of town.

1st you had a no contact order against some one meaning something happen in past that this person was able to get this order against you so police will go in their favor

Will the DA prosecute is a different matter it will depend on what was the contact, what proof they have etc, if you are facing more then six months in jail you will get a court appointed lawyer
