I would love to be able to catch those sickos who prey on young girls. i have seen "how to catch a predator" and other specials and would really love to catch these people. do they only use cops or is there some way i can get into this?

Anyone can attempt to find an on-line predator. The Police do not recommend this because depending on the sophistication of the person you are dealing with they may be able to find you before you are ready and they will be pissed... That said once you have truly snagged yourself a live one you can call the Police and they will assist in the final meet and arrest them. DONT do the meet without them, again, you may not be in as much control of the situation or information as you think.

Do not take the law into your own hands. Or should this be an option become a cop!

from what I watched on those shows, they can "Deputize" you for a day to help. Get in touch with your local Ploice Dept......and I agree with Dash about your ID...hehehe.... ;)
