Think.
You got caught.
Drinking.
On the street.
During school hours.
There you were, under age, drinking alcohol, in broad daylight on the street... and lo and behold, you got caught.
Do you need anymore proof that alcohol kills brain cells?
Here's what I hope happens... I hope getting caught is a wake-up call. Put down the bottle and get back to school. Salvage the brain cells you still have, as you've got a long life ahead of you.

Drinking, as a juvenile, anywhere, at any time, is illegal. The only significance of "during school hours" is that you'll also probably be slapped with a truancy charge.

If you get caught by the cops you will probably get a PI(Public Intox) or AI(Alcohol Intox) charge and have to sober up in a cell. If your caught by a teacher or other at school you will probably be suspended or expelled depending on your record.

Where I live, in SC, if you have a drivers license, they will be taken away for 90 days. I have a friend that recently got caught.
