Who governs the government?

Who polices the CIA, FBI, Homeland Security, AFT, and other government agencies to make sure they're fallowing the laws?

Who's thier oversight? Who's making sure they're not breaking the law?

Every federal agency has oversight by congress. Most federal agencies have departments within their organizations that also have over site responsibility. But the bottom line it is the voting public, the press, and the courts that keep them in line.

They are called political donors and special interest groups. Pull a string and see how far it goes... All kidding aside, the rich and powerful seem to be the ones steering the ship, and only seem to complain when its to their interest. I'd say good old Congress is the best attempt to control the groups. By the way, add the IRS too. An occasional watchdog group, honest investigative reporter or even individual whistleblower can make a difference. I'd be willing to bet there are more dead bodies than heros though...
