In a civil case, Judgment.

In a criminal case, Verdict or Sentence depending what phase you're referring to.

It depends. Are you talking about civil or criminal court? In criminal court the case is "adjudicated"; in other words a decision has been reached and judgment made. In a jury trial a "verdict" is made. In a bench trial (judge only, no jury) a "decision" or "disposition" is reached.

In a civil case a "judgment" is rendered. In family court the judge gives his "decision" or "opinion".
