49 CFR section 383.51(b)(2) sets forth your disqualification from driving a commercial vehicle. It reads as follows:
Sec. 383.51 Disqualification of drivers.
(a) General. A driver who is disqualified shall not drive a commercial motor vehicle. An employer shall not knowingly allow, require, permit, or authorize a driver who is disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle.
(b) Disqualification for driving while under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, or commission of a felony.
(1) General rule. A driver who is convicted of a disqualifying offense specified in paragraph (b)(2) of this section, is disqualified
for the period of time specified in paragraph (b)(3) of this section, if the offense was committed while operating a commercial motor vehicle.
(2) Disqualifying offenses. The following offenses are disqualifying offenses:
(i) Driving a commercial motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. This shall include:
(A) Driving a commercial motor vehicle while the person's alcohol concentration is 0.04 percent or more; or
(B) Driving under the influence of alcohol, as prescribed by State law;
You didn't say if you were driving Class A at the time, but if you were and were hauling any Hazmat, you can't drive class A for three years.
Otherwise, even if you were driving a regular car, you can't drive class A for one year.

Could be that you will be on an extended vacation until your suspension is up. You will have to reapply with DMV for your license and all endorsements. You may have to retake the tests.
Dial the drinking down a notch or two. A BAC of .16 is not a matter of having one too many.

You might lose your cdl license and you are going to catch hell finding a job. If you had the accident in your personal vehicle it want be as bad, but if you had it in the truck your DAC is ruined.
I would be looking to work in another field for awhile anyway until you can get the items taken care to a point that somebody will let you drive their truck again. There is a mandatory suspension for DUI in most states at least 6 months.

Check the California DOT website.
In Florida, you would lose your license for a year. Second offense would be for life. It will probably be similar.

I don't think you can be trusted to have a Class C drivers license, Why should you be trusted with a class A license and have the possibility of causing millions of dollars of property damage (not counting the possibility of loss of life & suffering).
Your license with be suspended.
If you hire a sleaze ball attorney, maybe he can arrange to get your license back in 12 months.
