Can police sieze thier drugs if they cannot provide a perscription?

As long as the medication is properly labeled with a professionally printed label identifying the medication and manufacturer's name or pharmaceutical label. The prescription medicine must match the name on the passenger's ticket.

All disability-related equipment, aids, and devices continue to be allowed through security checkpoints once cleared through screening.

The only minor exception would be liquid medications and the new "plastic bag" rule that applies. This is all per the Transporation Security Administration's website.

They should not leave home "with-out it"
police should have every right to do so, if the presc for the meds/drugs is not produced

i advice you to bring a copy of your perscription, you never know when it will be handy.
