I think the best way to find out is wait outside the prisons and see who never comes out. Pretty soon you'll have a full list.

If you could access such a list (which you can't)...what would be its use?...It changes on a daily basis! - and would your list need to include all those on life licence?

There is no way you can get this information, if you are interested for research purposes you may get a figure of numbers from the Home Office...but no names!

Media only record people sentenced to life imprisonment. When they are released the media do not report it.

There are only 30 full tariff lifers who will never be released.

That information is not publically available.

You can research the media if you like - they report all those sentenced to life.

If you are looking for where they are serving their sentence, dunno, can't help you there...
