I friend was given the sentence 2 years with half. And he is at a L.A. county but they will be moving him to a state prision in 2 weeks. He has already did a month about how much time will he do

My friend had a warrant out for his arrest, but we dont know on what grounds. He states he is being framed, and we just dont understand how how they could arrest him if there is no evidence!! he is out on bail now but has trial soon...

A superstore claimed a laptop that I bought there two months ago as stolen. The police went to my classroom and made me go with them because I was using the laptop right there and they traced the signal and found me. I didn't steal anything. I proved it with the receipt. They told the police they made a mistake in their inventory. The police told me I should consider doing something but didn't tell me what can I do.

It was emotionally stressing as I had to get into a patrol's backseat as if I were a delinquent; I lost half of a college class, I lost gas and time from my cellphone trying to deal with the whole mess their mistake caused me.

What can I do? I haven't complained yet to the store because I have plenty of work to do for college as finals are next week, but I plan to do it tomorrow.

and I drank liquor and alot of it, I usually only drink wine anyway on the way out they had a large xmas display and I started playing with this little rheindeer and I ended up taking it, went to another bar, and the police arrived several mins later, I apologised to the restaurant owner who just wanted it back, but whilst doing so one policeman put his hand on my shoulder and as he did I pushed it off I was arrested taken to the jail and after about 30 mins 3 jailers came in and beat me up, I was still cuffed, they kept saying "let's show the Britt, Mary Poppins what we do here ect, it was a rotten experiance I pleaded guilty to the theft the felony wad dropped as my lawyer showed the pics of the beating I got but I still am mad, I was advised not to sue! what's your feelings on this?? I know I should have not done what I did but! I paid a great deal for that mistake and I still am.

If someone had major surgery wear they had lost more than 8 pints of blood from one of there areterys, and you knew that a bunch of men had jumped the person and they knew that the aretery was only 10% healed, thats right 10% healed not a hundred percent heald. And hurt the person very bad and it was to the point that they were very lucky they did not murder the person. Because they could have easily riped it open. By far killing the person for sure, but if you did report the persons it would just cause alot of drama espicialy when they both play for the same team and they might end up loosing there careers and go to jail for attemted murder or should you just let it go and hope they never do it agine and destroy the video footage of it and call it water under the bridge.

Will investigate and find the cause and source of the implantation?
Will they make an arrest? are their US laws to protect my civil rights as I never gave anyone permission to do this to me?
I have heard the FBI is suppose to investigate these issues called PSYCHOTRONICS , but i cannot get any validation
Has anyone out there had any experience with CATCHING the perpetrators and how successful were the outcomes?

happened in a fast food drive thru after bar.Could not order because other cars too loud. Walked back to other cars and asked if they could quiet down and even offered to buy their food when 2 women jumped me. After fight, I sat in the drivers seat to stop my friend, who wanted to leave, from driving away & I was injured. Police arrive and request me to move car from drivethru (thats the only time I drove) Paramedics arrive and strap me to a gurney causing a claustrophobic panic attack.Cop gives 3 breath tests in the ambulance 0.07-0.08. At ER I am threatened with arrest & "I spend the night on a cold concrete floor all weekend which won't help my injured neck" if I dont submit to blood test.I ask for my attorney but denied.At 4 am, I am cited out for a DUI and leave hospital to go home. Never went to jail, never handcuffed (thank God!), and never read Miranda rights.Officer did not charge other women with assault/battery because they said I started it. I'm permanently injured.

ten year probation in another state.Is there anyway I can have his probation officer to drop the warrants. I am currently trying to find a reasonable lawyer to have his case in texas dismissed. Will he still have to do time because of the fact he is on probation.Can anyone with knowledge on the law respond to my question.

The officer was missing his brown hat with the purple band on it the entire time he was dealing with me.
