Happens all the time. Let the little fish go to get the bigger fish.

If MJ is a felony in his state, he's avoiding a 3-strike hit. I'd do the same if I were in his shoes!

This twit will be back, probably next week with a new dealer, he's a bloody gold mine. Cops can keep him rotating till doomsday, his. In the scheme of things he's not very important but getting a dealer is. So don't be concerned about this guy walking, he's just doing what he was put on this earth for, bait.

His dealer shouldn't be dealing in the first place. If the guy in posession wants to take his dealer out with him, oh well, less scum to sell our kids drugs.

I wonder how his dealer will feel after he finds out he was sold out. This guy may end up back inside with his dealer the way he is going.

He can sing all he wants, and get out of some jail time.

I personally believe that a person who is stupid enough to get caught 3 times, and is weak enough to give up his dealer, is likely to return to jail after they get out of this round too.

If they were smart enough to stay out of trouble, and strong enough to take their penalty, then the chances of them returning would be minimal.

I guess that I'd like your friend to stay in prison, because he doesn't sound like he can function in a free society.
