he would let me see or talk to him and he said he wasn't going to let me have anything to do with my son. i don't know where he is, him and his girlfriend hidding from me. they live in an motor home and they have moved from the place i last seen my son. i was havig to go and see my son only when they were around. the only reason he is with him is because in early november , my ex asked me if he could take my son to see his mom in texas because she was in a coma and dying. so i sign a later saying he could tke him to texas because his mom was in a coma and dying nothing else. come to find out he left my son with his girlfriend that i found out about the day before he left. when i was still together with him and from that day he will not let me see my son, i have seen him twice for only a few minates and he has my son calling her mommy.
she has two girls that are little rwo my son is 2. they bit and hit him all the time. the first time i seen my son he had a black eye and bit marks

he would not sign declaration of paternity so they took him off the birth certififcate.
and the what scares me the most is i dont know where he is or if he is ok . because my ex and his girlfriend don' t work so how is he eating , the only have money when they need dop and he drinks .

It sounds like you have a case of Kidnapping in your hands. You did not mention any kind of court order sigend by a judge, allowing him to have visitation rights or anything else for that matter. Mothers have a bit more rights than a father (at least here in TX) because the mother bears the child and gives birth.
Since he is not in the brith certificate, even thought he is the biological father of the child, he in a sense has no parental rights to the child unless it has been stablished by the courts, which in this case you have fail to disclose such information.
Shame on you for letting your son go, knowing the lifestyle your ex has.
Your best bet at this point is talk to your ex and DEMAND that your child be rturned to you or you WILL file a police report with the local authorities.

you need a lawyer. Regardless of whether you're on the birth certificate you can prove you're the father and then you have rights

The only way is if he has full parental custody of your son. still, even then you should fight for visitation rights. My advice is; Get an Attorney!
