You don't deserve a license. You are a menace to society and a danger to anyone that drives including yourself!

You don't, or at least you shouldn't.
I know other people answering are being a bit harsh (or at least you probably feel that they are), but let me try to explain this as politely as I can:
Driving is a responsibility that you should take very seriously. In this day and age, it's one of the very few opportunities we have to kill ourselves, or kill other people, with a single moment of bad or impaired judgement. Think of the old man who, a few years back, accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake near a farmer's market and killed more than a dozen people -- including children -- who were simply walking around a farmer's market where cars were not supposed to be, having a lovely day.
If you're going to get behind the wheel of a car, you should take it very, very seriously. Car manufacturers have worked very hard to make their products desireable to as many people as possible, even those who really shouldn't be behind the wheel. Once upon a time, driving was so difficult and expensive that very few people could afford to do it, and there was a big learning curve -- nowadays, automatic transmissions and power steering and electric starters make it easy for anyone -- no matter how unskilled, inexperienced, or dangerous -- to get behind the wheel, and decades of advertising have convinced people that they have the need -- no, the RIGHT -- to drive the nicest car they can, as fast as they want.
Despite this, the one thing that really hasn't changed much is how dangerous driving is. All the airbags and safety belts and crumple zones have saved lives, sure, but that doesn't help pedestrians, and that doesn't help if an SUV runs into your airbag-equipped, seatbelt-equipped, crumple zone-equipped Miata.
So if you really think that getting behind the wheel of a car is a good idea when alcohol is impairing your judgement, then you fall into one or both of these categories:
(a) ignorant, both of the potential consequences of your actions and the likelihood that your actions will result in those consequences;
(b) an alcoholic, who is willfully ignorant of the effect alcohol has on your judgement (that is, your addiction causes you to lie to yourself about your own impairment, even when sober.)
Do yourself, and everyone else on the road, a favor: get sober first, get a license second.

In some States they take your license away for good and in other cases you have to pay a stiff fine and go to DUI school and AA or what ever.

pay all your fines...wait on all the suspensions to expire..prolly have to take a "retraining" course or two... then get another license, as well as carry high risk insurance, and proof filed with state ( for 3-5 yrs) in most states.....and depending on your particular situation you may have to petition the court first and show good cause for why you should be allowed to drive again..
oh yea and surely you will be required to take some substance abuse classes/treatment

What state are you from? The rest of the world wants to know so we can stay out of it if you think you deserve a license and yes, that is the correct spelling but you are probably too drunk to see let alone spell.

If life were fair, you'd be dead. So would I. But today I have nearly 15 years without a drink. I'd rather have 15 years without a drink than 15 years without a license.

You Don't! Ride the bus, walk. ride a bike you know stuff like that. I think there are people who just like to drink and those people should be allowed to do that but driving could be very traumatic for you so just quit. Quit something

2 DUI that means you went out and could have killed a kid twice. you must be so proud. You are a potential killer and you are asking how to get your dangerous weapon back. I think cops should be allowed to shoot drunk drivers. better to kill them than have them kill someone riding a bike
