I got this idear after seeing it on the internet, but i changed it around a bit to make it better, but i made my own flame thrower. i mean it can shoot up to like 45 feet and its self sufficient in the sence that i can re-fuel and power it up whenever i want where ever i want. is it illegal, and how much trouble would i get in if i got cought with it????

Legal or not consider this.... whenever you have flame and fuel near each other there is a danger of explosion no matter how well bulit. But if you want to risk it and later think "theres a reason why this wasn't a good idea" that is your business. Just a thought.

If I were you I would remove the video off your myspace account. Showing that is only asking for trouble. For what your intended use for is illegal in my book.

If you were to uses this device to burn weeds on a farm, then they would have a hard time nailing you for anything illegal, but if you were to use this thing in a city environment, then you got trouble on your hands.
