Here's the deal, if a woman beats the **** out of a man and leave him lying in the gutter dying the police with take the man to jail. Must times when I man think about hitting a woman he sees a jail cell in his mind. But when I women provokes you, you cant just always just let this **** just slide. Somethings you gotta stand up for yourself and be a real man. Now please dont think I go around slapping women cause thats the last thing I would do. Somebody please explain this to me in the most creative way possible!

Thanks and no offense to cops!

My boy friend and I have had sex and want to do it again but his mum thinks that we are thinking about it for the first time and she wants us to get permission from them but even if we did ask they would peobably say no. Does anyone know of a law web site or something where I can get proper proof that you do not need permission when you are 16. I think she is being unreasonable because we have been together nearly a year now. So please, i need some proof to prove to her that we ARE old enough without permission coz she wont accept it and I know we are I just need hard coppied proof.

in the uk is it legal to have sex when you are 16 years of age without permission or do you have to have permission from your parents at this age?
Or is the legal age without permission 18?
my boy friends mum keeps on saying no, u are not allowed to do it because you are not old enough but we are both 16, so is it legal if we dont ask?
I'm confused.

When I went to jail I thought you would be able to sit in the same room as your visitors and talk to them normally but we were stuck in behind glass for all visits.

I know if you do something wrong or somebody tries to bring in stuff you aren't allowed it makes sense but apart from that.

It's not a nice feeling having to see your visitors through a glass divide and not being able to talk to them properly.

He had one several years ago but is now off his record. The one on xmas eve, he blew under the limit & passed all sobriety tests with flying colors but still spent the night in jail. We live in Ca. does anyone know if he'll be able to get a restricted license to get to and from work?

I have received an offer via email from the UK, how can I find out if the sender a lawyer is reputable, and if the client he represents in a death benefits case really existed and where would I find a public notice of said client’s death? Does the UK have a public service that one may search for fradulent activities?

when someone goes into places like bars, clubs, strip clubs, pool halls, movie theaters where handguns are not permitted. is it ok to have your handgun holster tucked in your pants and showing? can you show people your concealed handgun license when they check for ID? can you make the holster visible, so that people know that you ussually carry a handgun with you everywhere but not here because it is not permitted in this certain area but you may have it close by outside?

Has been going on 5 years now. Lost my wallet at the beach, someone found it, is using my information to obtain credit. Has charged nearly $45,000 (yes, even bought a mobile home in my name). I have reported to police and have fraud alerts with the credit agencies now, but still getting collection notices from new creditors. I am in NC, the person that is doing all of this is in Georgia. I have been able to find out who it is that is committing this crime against me and even have address info on him, but don't know where to go from here. I have my own business and this is ruining me because I have to use my social security # when dealing with new vendors, and I'm being declined credit. It is affecting my business and personal life, my whole family. It's becoming a nightmare. He's also used my identity for employment purposes. I know where he is, just need to get to him before any more damage is done to me. I have proof -Does the FBI handle these things-How would I contact them

We recently voiced our concerns over our foster child stealing several things just before xmas. It seems there are one or two people who have the impression we were out to see her put into jail. Our initial question was the fact that the police had not paid a visit ( and have still not from thursday last 11th jan)
and we would appreciate some advice and similar experiences.
However, let me make sense of this predicament. The child was with us only over the xmas and new year period on a respite basis.
Her s/worker agreed she could spend xmas eve, day and boxing day with her family. We later found the presents, £230 cash and other items missing..we did not inform the police but her s/worker insisted we do as she had committed numerous crimes before and nothing had been done. (One a very serous one involving a severley disabled adult in her own home) We found out that over xmas she had robbed her own grandmother of cash. The child refused to return to us. Does this help?

I have worked for the dept of corrections for 7 years, I attend school at night to better myself, I have been written up only once when I first came to the dept of corrections, for accidentally touching a female on her elbow. Let me explain, the dept has a policy in which female officers if they feel they have been sexually harassed can file a complaint. That complaint was done away with it, now I have a female officer stating that I made advances to her, when I have not done so. Since being here I have seen several other male officers be put under investigation, for a woman who for this reason or that feels she "can get away with it". Why is the system written where female officers can use their words to advance but a man cannot use his words to defend himself. Why is the sytem designed to allow some women to lie and get away with it. The woman in my life is very supportive, but she feels I need to sue. Your thoughts.

I was robbed on new years eve, and I caught the guy and had him arrested, he has sold all of my stuff (I wasn't insured) and the police are completely useless!! He is now constantly harrassing me saying he wont stop until I drop the charges against him. He has threatened to kill me and "cut up" my wife and two little girls.

How can I deal with this without putting myself at risk with the police?? Only yesterday he was outside my flat with about 10 of his so called "mates" and they were hurling abuse at me and stones at my windows. The police did nothing because they had no evidence.

He got someone else to beat up my brother whilst he watched, the police arrested the attacker and then released them the next day!

What can I do, its having serious effects on mine and my families mental health.

During my six months there some of the COs were OK but some just seemed to enjoy writing you up for breaking stupid rules or having extra things in your cell. Some seemed to enjoy winding you up so you would kick off and they could act rough.
