No, u go to the clerk of courts and pay it off or get in touch with whomever sent the debt warrant and it will be dropped.
if it goes to court they will garnish your wages.

Talk to the First Sargent or maybe the legal department on base. Don't just hope it goes away. Look into how to fix it.

no its not a criminal offense..its a civil offense n they can garnish ur wages..they will try u if ur there or not..so if u dont pay it off they will garnish you.
