I have recently changed my opinion of the death penalty, therefore, no, I don't think the death penalty should be given at all. Life in prison is not appropriate for most offenders.

Life sentence for every crime? Are you kidding? Our prisons are already overflowing! Besides, that would include most members of Congress, if not all. I think death penalty for cop killers, people who kill more than one person, someone who molests any child under 10 years old and violent rapists.

There are guidelines and they still work quite well. Only problem is let's not do selective targetting. You get them with justice and law. No matter who they are. You'll also find they're not big on courage. That's why they weren't called
' criminals ' back when. Just punks. And you'd be amazed where you'd find them. Even in uniforms.
