i wrote a police statement saying this guy provided alcohol 8 times to me, hes 21 and im 17, what will happen to him and me, is there any way i can drop the charges

Tivo gave you the exact answer. If you want to know about any other consequences based on state law, call an attorney.

Why would you want to drop the charges, did you lie? Please use this as a life lesson, a valuable one, about underage drinking and providing liquor to a minor.

No, you can't drop the charges. That is up to the Prosecutor. You can recant your statement or refuse to testify, but that isn't going to do anyone any good. You are better off sticking to the truth.

you'll be charged with underage drinking, he'll be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

You can't "drop the charges" because NO ONE can drop the charges... it's not up to you, it's up to the DA.

Let me guess, that was a spat and now "I still love him"?
Just get over it, if he wasn't a loser he wouldn't give young girls alcohol. Let him learn his lesson and maybe next time he'll leave the school yard to get his playmates.
