is it better to pay your restitution before sentenced to do so??? will they be more lenient (sp) to you during sentencing? even if it is just a week or so before your sentencing date?

I do belive that they have to be fit... But one of the sheriff made a arrest at one of out local store and he was very skinnier...so...i am 19 and i am 5" 5' ....so what kind of education i would need? what do they have you do in physical test? ...and what are the physical requirement?

My boyfriend went to jail today over not showing at court over a traffic ticket( driving wothout L.) he had a warrent in troy ohio for not showing. he is on probation in greene county ohio now. what do u think they will do please help me?

people getting out of jail after 3 years for murdering someone(personal experiance). getting 8 or more years for fraud or robbery or less.and less than half for killing someone.short sentences or community service at the most for crimes deserve hell of a lot more that is why people dont think twice about stabbing you i think its getting out of control. what do you think.

my wife she should leave me and have a real life. I can't find a job I can't run a business. I wish I had gotten the death penalty. Thats what they do in other countries: get cuaght with drugs and they put a bullet behind your ear. I wish they had just killed me it would have been more humane.

I have a few questions for you guys the first one is do you feel that it was worth you getting into law enforcement.

I am a based in the south I know that there are a lot of racists sometimes in the force and also politics and stuff and me being black, how much do you think I will be affected by racism in the force and how is it dealing with the politics.

Last question if you are going to school studying to further your career in law enforcement, how is the scheduling. Do you work with you if you are going to school, and Do you get fired for not making your speeding ticket quotas.


I know these are quite a bit of questions, please help me.

I have an arraignment coming up next week. I was told that they just want to here guilty or not guilty. I am guilty and I told the investigator that I was. However, I will not be able to speak to my lawyer until after that time. Should I still just plea guilty? I know this may sound stupid, but I've NEVER been in any kind of trouble before and I'm confused and scared so any help would be appreciated. Serious answers only and no insults!!! Thanks a bunch!!!

The kicker is that the hearing was over attorney fees he is being forced to pay for his ex-wife (in court for the divorce, child support, etc..) and he was not notified by the court at all. His ex's attorney called him yesterday to inform him that he'd be rescheduling it today because my boyfriend was not notified. Today the lawyer called back and informed him of the body attachment and warrent. How is this possible, and what should he do? How soon would you think they would attempt to serve this warrent?

I'm not in law enforcement, but I am in the LP/AP business. QUESTION: ebay cooperates with LE, does it cooperate as fully and equally with store-level AP/LP investigations? If you have someone you are looking at, can you get a person's seller ID without them having commited a crime? I want to get someone's seller ID, but I don't want them to know I have it (thus I don't want to ask the employee what their ID name is) I simply want to monitor what they are selling. Anyone have any experience in this?
